Did you know there are mulitple services that you can refer to without the need to speak to a GP? We encourage all of our patients to self-refer where possible, as it saves you time, gives you the most appropriate support and helps increase availability of GP appointments for other patients.

Mental Health Liaison

Appointments are available with mental health professionials without the need to speak to your GP. If you feel you are struggling and would like to discuss strategies to help you get back on track, please call our reception team and ask to book in.

ADHD support

The mental health liason service can provide support and self-help interventions for anyone stuggling with symptoms of ADHD, and this can be arranged via our reception team.

However, if you suspect you may have ADHD and would like a diagnosis and/or medication, please arrange a consultation with one of our GPs to faciliate a referral to CAHMs.

Please complete as much as you can on the  following form and send directly to the Integrated Autism Service. This service operates a self referral system. If you'd like to discuss this further, or require support while you wait, please arrange an appointment with a GP or our Mental Health Liaison Practitioner.

Physio Referrals

Our receptionists can refer you for a one-off consultation with a physio in Cardiff. They can provide specialist examination and doagnosis, andare able to provide advice and exercises to promote self-care, work, and wellbeing. They can also refer to other specialties or for further investigations if required.

Global Garden Project

We are fortunate within our North Cardiff cluster of GP practices, that there have been developments in our "social prescribing" schemes. These schemes allow individuals to access support through non-medical avenues such as gardening group projects. Click for more information regarding the Global Gardens Scheme and ask your GP about social prescribing options that might be beneficial for you.
